High Velocity heating and air conditioning systems (such as Spacepak and Unico) are gaining popularity. They are easy to install, efficient, and have smaller duct work and visible registers compared to traditional heating and air conditioning units.
The smaller duct work makes High Velocity HVAC systems popular in retrofit situations, extensions, installation into historic homes and brownstones, pre-war apartments, and RV’s.
We make high quality wood vent registers for high velocity systems. These vents are available in a “donut” style or a louvered style, and can be built as a retrofit insert/self rimming style, or can be flush mounted with a frame for a seamless installation.

What style of vent works best for your application?
Floor Application
Insert Style: Easiest to install. The flange provides cover for any rough cut openings
Flush With Frame: Great for floor application. We recommend having grills onsite prior to floor install so everything can be snugged up nicely and finished together.
Wall Application
Insert Style: Easiest to install. The flange provides cover for any rough cut openings as well as a place to mount screws.
Flush With Frame: Not recommended for wall application, though we can make a “gut only” to custom fit any rabbet cuts you may have made.
Ceiling Application
Insert Style: Easiest to install. The flange provides cover for any rough cut openings as well as a place to mount screws.
