These wood vents are designed to cover duct openings near the base board and would replace your metal vent with a natural, finished look. The angled face of the base vent covers the entire opening, leaving only the American craftsmanship to be admired.

Use the overall dimensions to determine the size you need to cover your duct opening. Please specify Length x Height x Depth for dimensions. We have stock sizes and of course, custom work.

Installation Detail - Triangular Baseboard Vent

Our triangular base vents are perfect for covering a duct opening located in the floor up against the wall.

The width of the vent is the most important measurement. If you order too wide, the base molding will need to be cut back to accommodate the vent. If you order too narrow, you will need to fill in the base molding.

If the baseboard molding is not installed yet, we recommend ordering a vent larger than your opening to provide increased air flow.

We can customize the width, height, and depth of the vent to fit your needs. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or requests.

Installation of Wood Baseboard Vents

Our base vents are designed to install as cleanly as possible.

The hidden T Slot on the back of the vent is designed to accept/slip over the head of a screw installed in your wall.

This also allows for easy removal of the vent should the need arise.

We have fabricated custom wood baseboard vents for customers all over the country. Sizes are adjustable to whatever your opening is. Most times it is easier to have us adjust vent sizes rather than have you adjust existing molding or flooring on site.

The most common thing customized is the wood species whether it is oak, cherry, paint grade maple….you name it we can match your wood flooring or baseboards.
